If a cancellation is made within 15 days of arrival date, then a deposit refund will be made to the extent the accommodations can be rented again over the entire reserved period.

If a last-minute cancellation is necessary, and we can rent the room, the same refund policy applies. No refunds for rooms not re-rented.

  • Smoking Policy: Guests choosing to disregard our non-smoking policy will be reminded that our inn offers a smoke-free environment to all our guests. Those choosing to disregard our policy will be subject to cleaning fees and the inn will be compensated for lost future revenue by smokers whose smoking render a room unacceptable for incoming guests.
