Strawberry Bread  

Ingredients
 
3 10 oz. frozen strawberries packed in syrup (thawed) or 12 oz. of fresh berries
6 eggs
2 1/2 c. oil
3 C. sugar
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
5 C. flour
1 1/2 C. chopped nuts
 

Directions
 
In separate bowl, beat eggs and oil with a hand mixer. In another large bowl, sift together sugar, cinnamon, baking soda and flour. Make a well in dry ingredients and pour egg mixture & strawberry puree into well. Stir until all is well mixed. Fold in chopped nuts. Pour into 4 loaf pans. Bake 1 hour at 350. Test with cake tester in center. Should be clean. If not, bake 10 minutes more & retest Let cool completely before removing. Can break apart. Freezes well - can microwave to reheat & serve.
