- Cancellation Policy: Your deposit is refundable with 14 days advance cancellation notice, less a $20 processing fee.
- Check-In: between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m., special arrangements must be made for arrivals after 6:00 p.m.

- Payment Policy: Credit Cards Accepted
- Reservation Policy: we require a minimum of one night's room rate as a deposit.
- Smoking Policy: The Hartstone Inn is a NON-SMOKING Inn. Non compliance will result in a cleaning charge of $50 (minimum).
