- Grand Isle Lake House: This 55-acre lakefront property, only 35 minutes from Burlington, offers a distinctive setting for social and business affairs. The main building has been restored to its turn-of-the-century charm with a wrap around veranda offering lake views on three sides of the building. The facility accommodates functions up to 250 people and the dining room can hold up to 80 people for a sit down affair with seating for an additional 125 guests on the veranda. The Lake House is also ideal for business retreats and seminars. The quiet solitude of the location provides the necessary focus, while the spectacular views and grounds will inspire and reenergize. The Grand Isle Lake House represents a partnership between the Preservation Trust of Vermont and the owners of Isabel's Catering and the Willard Street Inn.
