- Cancellation Policy: If you should need to cancel or shorten your visit, we will be glad to return your deposit, less a 10% cancellation fee, provided 14 days notice is given. With less than 14 days notice, your deposit, less fee, will be refunded only if another guest fills the room we have held for you. Longer notice is required when you or your party reserve more than one room.
- Check-In: between 3 pm and 6 pm. If your arrival time differs, please discuss this with us in advance so we can make arrangements to assure you a warm and personal welcome. Without reasonable notice, arrivals later than scheduled are subject to release of the room and/or liability for the full cost of the reservation.
- Check-Out: In order to have the accommodations ready on time for our next guests, we would appreciate having your room available to us by 11 am.
- No Children: We do not have appropriate facilities for children.
- No Pets: No pets.
- Payment Policy: We accept cash, personal checks, and all major credit cards as settlement.
- Reservation Policy: In order to guarantee a reservation, a deposit equal to fifty percent of your stay is requested. You may secure your room using your credit card for the deposit which will be processed when your reservation is made.
- Smoking Policy: The Maple Leaf Inn is a non-smoking establishment.
