At The Mill House Inn we provide our guests with the finest lodging, “the best breakfast,” and simply the best travel experience possible! To that end we offer extensive concierge services – ensuring that you enjoy your stay with us to the fullest. We have recently renovated all our rooms, adding even more spacious suites – there’s nothing else like them in the Hamptons or anywhere else for that matter. And all within walking distance of the ocean beach & the heart of historic East Hampton Village, and a lovely drive to everything the East End of Long Island has to offer… Our dog-friendly suites (of course we allow small people as well...) feature king beds & queen sleeper sofas; oversized bathrooms with double marble showers, 6' Serenity Air Baths and luxurious robes; wet bars with a refrigerator, ice-maker, Keurig coffee brewer & microwave oven; LCD TVs, iPod docks, surround sound audio, DVD players - a selection of movies & popcorn are always available. Our suite guests are invited to enjoy in-suite dining if desired, and local gym privileges are also available. The suites in our Cottage have private decks. The newest suites in the main house feature marble & glass steam showers. Amenities featured in all our rooms include gas fireplaces, private baths, extra thick Italian cotton towels, fine linens, down pillows & quilts and lofty featherbeds; organic soaps, lotions & bath salts; flat screen TVs with premium cable & DVD players, high speed wireless internet access, telephones, bottled water and central air-conditioning. We offer turn down service, complimentary beverages & cookies-around-the-clock, oversized umbrellas, beach towels and “oh so hard to get” beach parking permits, ample off-street parking & so much more… All rates are per night, double occupancy, include "the best breakfast"on the East End of Long Island. Rates & policies subject to change. Please call about Group Booking policies and rates. A Sales Tax of 8.625% and a Hotel Tax of .75%. A Service Charge of 5% for Rooms & 10% for Suites will be added to your bill. Incidental charges, if any, are additional. We will gladly accommodate additional guests in an appropriate room for a charge of $150 per night per adult, $75 per night per child and $50 per night per dog.
