- Cancellation Policy: The deposit will be forfeited if guests do not arrive, arrive after the reserved date or depart before the final date of the confirmed date. With at least 14 days cancellation notice, we will refund your deposit less a $20 administrative fee. Cancellations occurring within 14 days of the confirmed date will result in a credit for the deposit amount. Future stay credits are good for one year from canceled date, transferable and may not be used during foliage, holidays or special event weekends. Major holidays, fall foliage and special events require a 30 day notification.
- Children: Juniper Hill Inn is not appropriate for children under twelve.
- No Pets: Sorry, we are not able to accommodate pets. Boarding is available nearby by prior arrangement.
- Payment Policy: Juniper Hill Inn accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover or personal checks.
- Reservation Policy: A deposit equal to one night's lodging (50% for extended stays) is necessary for a confirmed reservation. Please note arrival and departure dates carefully. Weekends and holiday periods may require two or three night stay.
- Smoking Policy: Designated smoking areas outside on portico.
