Our rooms are all unique. Decorated with antiques and period pieces, each offers a comfortable bed, private bath, air conditioning, and hair dryer. Some have fireplaces, canopy beds, TV/DVD, jacuzzi tubs. Some are handicap accessible. Pictures and seasonal rates can be found at www.brookfarm.com/rooms.html . All rates are based on double occupancy per room. Rates include a full breakfast buffet style and an English tea with homemade scones each afternoon. (These rates are subject to change without notice.) Rates are subject to Massachusetts room tax. An extra person in your room is $40 per night.
