- Cancellation Policy: Labor Day until end of June: For cancellation with more than 15 days' notice, deposits are refunded less $35. Otherwise, the guest is responsible for whatever portion of the full reservation we are unable to re-sell. Re-sold portions will be refunded less $35. During Tanglewood Season:Reservations cancelled at least 30 days prior to arrival date are subject to 10% fee. With shorter notice, and, sadly, in cases of emergency, you are responsible for the full value of the reservation, unless we are able to re-book the room. A $35 service fee will be charged on all late cancellations we are able to refund.
- Check-In: begins at 3:00 p.m. If you plan to arrive after 7:00 p.m., please call, so that we can make special arrangements for you.
- Check-Out: 11:00 a.m.
- Children: We welcome guests age 15 and older.
- Minimum night stay: During Tanglewood season and on some weekends and holidays during the year, a minimum stay may be required.
- No Pets: We cannot accommodate pets
- Payment Policy: Credit Cards, checks, and cash accepted
- Reservation Policy: In Tanglewood season, full payment by check in advance is required to guarantee your reservation. Other times of the year, a one-night deposit is required, and credit cards are accepted.
- Smoking Policy: We are a non-smoking establishment. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the Inn, nor on the grounds. Guests who do not comply will be held responsible for the cost of restoring the room to a smoke-free condition.
