Oatmeal Apricot Squares  

Ingredients
 
3/4 C. Butter, 1 C. brown sugar, 1 1/2 C. flour, 1 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. baking soda, 1 1/2 C. quick rolled oats, 1 10-oz. jar apricot jam.  

Directions
 
Grease & flour 9x13 inch pan. Mix butter and brown sugar together, and spread half of mixture in pan. Top with jam. Sprinkle remaining mixture on top and pat lightly. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Cut into squares.
