General Information and Policies

 

  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellation Period: Reservations for: 1 or 2 rooms & 1-3 nights: 14 days 3 or 4 rooms, 4-6 nights or holidays: 30 days 5+ rooms or 7+ nights: 90 days special event dates: 90+ days (call for details) Deposit Amount: Reservations for: 1 or 2 nights, deposit is 1 night's charge 3+ nights, deposit 50% 4+ rooms, balance due 30 days before arrival date. Deposit and Payment Policy: A deposit is required to confirm any reservation. Upon receiving your request (if room is available) your credit card will be charged the applicable deposit. All deposits include applicable taxes. Because we never overbook, your deposit guarantees you and us that your room is sold for the entire time requested. Cancellation or alteration of reservation results in forfeiture of deposit if notice is not received by us more than the specified number of days before arrival date, as detailed in the applicable Cancellation Period. Guests who fail to alter or cancel prior to 3 p.m. on scheduled arrival date for reservation (including no shows) will be charged the balance for full reserved stay. All refunds are subject to a $25/room processing fee (or 10% of deposit, if greater). Group reservations are considered multiple room reservations. The balance is due at check-in. We accept cash, personal checks, travelers checks, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club. Deposits that would otherwise be forfeited will be converted to a gift certificate valid for one year toward a future stay IF we receive notice of cancellation or alteration (and confirm the same) BEFORE arrival date AND we rebook entire unused portion of reserved stay. If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations will be issued a unique cancellation code for recordation by the guest to confirm the cancellation; cancellations without this code will not be valid. Specials & Packages: Noble Inns offers optional Packages and Extra Indulgences that may be added to your stay for an additional charge. Applicable taxes will be added to the prices quoted. Because of their custom nature and the advance arrangements required, they will be charged to your credit card at the time they are confirmed. Should you wish to cancel, please do so at least 7 days prior to your arrival date to receive a refund less a 15% service charge. Cancellations received after this time cannot be refunded. Availability of these items cannot be absolutely guaranteed, however, we will notify you if a particular Package or Extra requested is not available and suggest an alternative.
