Tequila Lime Fresh Fruit Salsa

1 Cup Honeydew Melon Diced Fine

1 Cup Cantaloupe Diced Fine

1 Cup Fresh Tomato Diced Fine

1 Cup Red Onion Diced Fine

1 Cup Fresh Pineapple Diced Fine

2 Jalapeno Peppers Dice Fine

1 Green Pepper Diced Fine

1 Cup Fresh Chopped Cilantro

2 Ounces Tequila

3/4 Cup Sweetened Lime Juice

1 Teaspoon each Salt and Pepper

 

Combine all ingredients and let sit 24 hours for flavors to meld. Served over grilled or seared seafood.
