- Cancellation Policy: Deposits are refundable (less a $25 cancellation fee) if cancellation is received 14 days prior to arrival date. 50% deposit is required for stays during Foliage & Holiday periods and school vacation weeks.
- Minimum night stay: A 2-night minimum stay is required for most weekends and a 3-night minimum stay on holiday weekends.
- Reservation Policy: An advance deposit of one night's lodging is necessary to confirm a reservation and is applied to the last day of your stay. It guarantees that the space will be occupied for the entire length of time requested.
- Smoking Policy: No smoking is permitted inside.
