- Cancellation Policy: Required (8) days notice (more for multiple nights and special-event/holiday periods) to obtain a refund. Any cancellation received after that date will receive a refund if the reserved space can be re-booked. A $25.00 administrative fee is charged for any cancellation.
- Minimum night stay: We do require a two-night minimum on most weekends.
- Reservation Policy: Reservations should be made by telephone as far in advance as possible. A prepayment deposit is required to hold a reservation.
- Smoking Policy: Smoking is not allowed inside the mansion. The front wraparound veranda is a designated area.
- Travel Agent Information: Commissions paid only on room rate.
