- Cancellation Policy: Unless a 7-day notice of room cancellation is given, room payment will be charged. The Goldmoor will issue a gift certificate for the full amount of that stay to be used at any later time up to one (1) year from date of purchase, by the guest, subject to availability. When reserving three or more rooms, a 30 day notice of cancellation is required. A $50 service fee may apply to cancellations.
- Check-In: 3:00-6:00 p.m. Please notify us if you will be arriving after 6:00 p.m. Arrivals after 9:00 p.m. by special arrangement only, please call for details.
- Check-Out: 11:30 a.m.
- Children: The Goldmoor staff is flexible regarding children.
- Minimum night stay: Required 2-night minimum for weekend stays.
Holiday Weekends may require 3 night minimum
- Reservation Policy: Full payment by check, money order, gift certificate or credit card is due within four working days of making the reservation. If the reservation is made less than two weeks prior to arrival, full payment is due by credit card if the transaction occurs on the telephone, or by check, money order, gift certificate or credit card if the transaction occurs in person.
- Smoking Policy: No pipes or cigars are permitted in The Goldmoor. The Goldmoor Inn is a smoke free environment. No smoking is permitted in rooms, sweets, or cottages. Smoking is permitted on our grounds, decks, and porches only.
