Busy Day Hollandaise Sauce  

Ingredients
 
1 stick of butter
3 egg yolks
2 Tbls. lemon juice
 

Directions
 

Melt butter. Mix egg yolks & juice in blender. Blend for 30 seconds. Pour in hot butter slowly.
