Named for the numerous quartzes within, the Crystal Chamber offers its guests a comfortable familiarity with a touch of the magical. Imagine a room done in all the freshness of white, sand and cream, the colors of seashells, cloudbanks, and well rested smiles; rich and soothing associations of purity and comfort. - Queen bed

| | | | The Ferdinand Room has a South American flavor and, for sheer craftsmanship, holds one of the two grand beds at The Inn: a tortoise iron sleigh bed with unique claw feet and a striking brass medallion resting within the leather panels of the footboard - a Queen clearly built for a King! With its Jacuzzi tub, dark wood furniture and first floor view of the marina, a room fit for the Conquistador who might surely have chosen it; and left his fatigue to set sail outside.- Queen bed

This is also "home" to Quinlan - our resident ghost. He is charming, friendly and sure to help you with your daydreams. "A ghost is an angel who has not yet earned its wings." - King bed

| | | | A cozy room - gentle and genteel. This is our smallest room. Somewhere in the furnishings of the Magnolia, maybe between the mahogany of the bed and the ceiling fan above…or the satin of the drapes and the sensation of the Jacuzzi…you'll notice that special something we call All The Time In The World…you may take it with our compliments. - Queen four-poster bed

| | | | Simply put, cozy and comfy. Its vintage twin beds are perfect for people who need accommodations separate but together. The décor offers an easy blend of soft browns and greens with a fine manicured grasp of what is needed in a room. Understated here in honor of the room, that it may speak for itself. - Twin beds

| | | | The room we named after our favorite State. The Carolina is southern styled, and one of our largest. Though ample and fitting for singles needing room, this is especially a place for couples. Built for two, with everything sized to equip the sharing of hearts, each one place is thought a space where two will likely be. Mahogany furnishings, soft greens, King four-poster bed, fireplace for whatever warmth cuddling can't manage alone, and the waters of a two-person Jacuzzi - to start fires, not stop them. Such a pleasure in its layout and styling we might have to say it was named for a lovely State…of Mind. - King bed

| | | | Another of our rooms styled in the tradition of the South, the Kingston Room seems to convey "that something" uniquely southern about leisure, some lovely gentle truth about us whispered a word at a time between the things in the room: the warm oak which joins the green in its colors; the hundred year old oak-paneled bed; or the fireplace that so easily adds its own warmth to that already there. The guest seeking relaxation here is welcomed as kin to its ancestry of quiet. - Queen bed

| | | | Subtle hues of yellow and green adorn this lovely, alive, and well-lit room. The water of the Jacuzzi tub, the bright hand-painted night stands, and a window mirror reflecting the outside river help to bring the outside in. - Queen bed

| | | | One of the larger rooms in The Cypress Inn, which invests its extra space in a sense of embrace. Like a hug, the arms of the room open a little wider only to more warmly close round. Near the fireplace, the loveseat nestles both the solitary sitter and the couple seeking solitude. Relax. And whether you and another…or you and no other, settle into its special serenities: float into its Jacuzzi, ease onto its sleigh bed, or just stand where you were when you entered, composed by the warm pine and calming blues of its own composition. - Queen bed

| | | | Again, for sheer craftsmanship, the other really great bed in The Cypress Inn, as if the closed eyes of sleep also deserve an artform. A Rococo bed of mahogany, ornately carved and softly shaped in sensual contours. The hue of the wood and the deep reds of the scheme place the romantic mood of the room in awaiting embers. - King bed

| | | | Appointed in a gentle alchemy of wood, iron, and marble, as a fine stencil of lavender wisteria filigrees the walls. The wisteria offers an evolution of textures, and the furnishings seem to move with the guest through stages of rest; solid at first, like the new arrival content to just stay put; then balanced, like energies finding their way back; and finally, light and airy, as if the room were readying the guest for our many outside recreations. - Queen canopy bed

| | | | Named for Agatha Christie's famous mastermind, the Miss Marple Room has over 90 of her novels tucked away throughout it (ninety-one with a little sleuthing….). The style is country English, right down to the quilt, as if furnished by Miss Marple herself. "Quite an attention to detail, but then again, without much patience for too much of it, the fussbudget…" Bookcase nightstand, what-not, soft gold drapery, crimefree and comforting, with bookshelves even in the lovely bathroom. - Queen four-poster bed
