- Cancellation Policy: Reservation changes or cancellations require 14 days notice for refund of deposit. For cancellations of less than 14 days, refund of deposit will be made if the reservation is re-booked. In all cases of cancellation, a $25 processing fee will be charged. Guests are responsible for the payment of all nights reserved. Please remember, we are making a commitment to you and you are making one to us.
- Check-In: 3:00 - 6:00 p.m. Late check-ins require special arrangements.
- Check-Out: 11:00 a.m.
- Children: Our inn is suitable for children 10 years and older. We are not equipped to accommodate small children. The rate for children is $25 additional per night for a child with a double occupancy.
- Minimum night stay: A two-night minimum on weekends and a three-night minimum during holidays is required.
- No Pets: No pets are allowed at the inn.
- Payment Policy: We gladly accept personal checks, Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
- Reservation Policy: A deposit of one night's room rate is required for two nights or less. A deposit of 50% of the total tariff is required for three nights or more. All balances will be due in full at check-in.
- Smoking Policy: For the comfort of others, smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises.
- Spirits: Guests are welcome to bring their own spirits. Complimentary setups are available.
