Puffed Sausage & Egg Casserole  

Ingredients
 
10 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/4 teaspoons dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
2 1/2 cups milk
8 slices white sandwich bread, cubed (crusts included)
1 pound sausage
1 1/4 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
 

Directions
 
Place the above ingredients into a 9 X 13 baking dish that has been coated with a nonstick cooking spray. Cover and refrigerate 6 to 8 hours or overnight. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40 minutes or until puffed and brown. Cut into evenly sized squares.
