3/4 cup low-fat cottage cheese 1/3 cup shredded part skim Mozzarella cheese 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 10-ounce package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained 1 egg 2 teaspoons minced fresh green onion 1/8 teaspoon white pepper 24 cooked jumbo whole-wheat pasta shells Prepared red tomato pasta sauce

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, combine all of the ingredients except the pasta shells. Stuff each shell with 1 heaping teaspoon of the broccoli mixture. Arrange shells in a shallow baking dish that has been coated with nonstick cooking spray. Spoon heated prepared red tomato pasta sauce over shells. Serve with additional grated parmesan cheese.
