- Cancellation Policy: To incur NO Charges for cancellation we require a one month notice prior to your arrival date.
If you cancel within the one month prior to your arrival date and we are able to re-rent your entire reservation there will be no charge. If we are unable to fill the entire reservation you will be required to pay for one night. This policy also applies to early check-outs. - Check-In: 2pm - 9pm.
- Check-Out: 11am.
- Children: Suites are available for parents traveling with children over ten years of age.
- Minimum night stay: There is a two night minimum on weekends, September through June. There is a three night minimum for stays during July, August and holidays.
- No Pets: No pets. We have a cat on site named Ally.
- Payment Policy: Credit Cards Accepted
- Reservation Policy: Reservations can be secured with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or a personal check in the amount of one night stay.
- Smoking Policy: Smoking on the verandah only.
- Travel Agent Information: Commission of 5% on full room rate, not on discounted rates.
