- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received 14 days or more prior to the arrival date receive a full refund minus $20 for processing. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival, regardless of the reason, will result in forfeiture of your deposit, and for weekend reservations the balance due will be charged, unless the room is reserved by another guest. The $20 processing fee still applies.
- Children: We do not accept children under 12 unless appropriate arrangements are made in advance.
- Minimum night stay: All weekends are a two night minimum when booking more than 1 month in advance. Within one month a single Friday or Saturday may be booked. Football, Special Events, and holidays require a two or three night minimum.
- Pets: Pets by prior arrangement
- Reservation Policy: For one night reservations, a deposit of the full amount plus tax is required. For stays of longer than one night, the deposit is 1/2 of the total amount of the stay. The deposit is charged to your credit card when the reservation is made.
- Smoking Policy: The interior of the Mansion is non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted on the porch.
