The Shore House is the ultimate romantic getaway on the spectacular North Shore of Lake Tahoe, centrally located to all of the lake and mountain activites. Each floor is surrounded by balconies and decks offering fabulous views of our pristine lake and her surrounding snow-capped mountains.

Your stay at the Shore House includes a gourmet breakfast served in our cozy lakefront dining room, or on our lawns right by the waters edge. A large river rock fireplace and log furniture create the perfect mountain atmosphere to sit by the fire after an active day sipping a glass of wine or cappuccino before bed.

Your hosts, Marty and Barb Cohen, have lived at Lake Tahoe for 32 years, and know every nook and cranny of the north and west shores. Barb is an adventure sportswoman and can offer advice on skiing, hiking, biking and many other adventure activities, and she is an award winning Bed and Breakfast Chef. Marty is the past president of the North Lake Tahoe Resort Association and will gladly help you with reservations at our fine local restaurants. He also captains our 36 ft cabin cruiser and is our Harley Davidson adventurer.
