General Information and Policies

 

  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requires a 5-day notice for a full refund of deposit, less a $25 processing fee. A 30-day cancellation notice is required for groups.
  • Check-In: 3-7 p.m.you need to check-in after 7:00 p.m. please make arrangements in advance.
  • Check-Out: 11:00 a.m.
  • Minimum night stay: There is a TWO-NIGHT minimum stay on weekends, and with group stays.
  • No Children: Fall Farm is offered as an adult facility. Kids 18 and older are welcome at Fall Farm.
  • No Pets: Pets are not allowed at any unit.
  • Payment Policy: Credit Cards Accepted
  • Reservation Policy: A credit card deposit equal to one night’s lodging per unit is required. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover.
  • Smoking Policy: Fall Farm is a NON-SMOKING property. Smoking is permitted outdoors only, and ashtrays are provided for this purpose. There will be a refurbishing penalty for anyone who chooses not to honor the “no smoking indoors” policy.
