Activities:
- Biking: We have approximately 2 miles of paved road on the property at Whitestone if you choose to bring your bicycles.
- Horseshoes: Relax and enjoy a game of horseshoes after breakfast. The horseshoe pits are located in the park area in front of the Farmhouse.
- Hammocks: Hammocks
- Shuffleboard: Enjoy a game of shuffleboard and a view of the mountains from one of the highest points at Whitestone. The court is located near the horseshoe pits.
- Croquet: Whitestone has a professional croquet court accommodating up to 6 players. Of course, you don’t have to be a professional to play.
- Racquetball: We offer two hard tennis courts on the property. Racquets and tennis balls are available.
- Basketball: A basketball goal is available at the tennis courts.
- Canoeing/Kayaking: After breakfast, cruise around on beautiful Watts Bar Lake and enjoy the wildlife. There is no additional charge for our boats; however each person is responsible to wear a PFD.
- Boating: Many of our guests enjoy the natural habitat and unending waters of Watts Bar Lake. There is a boat ramp at our dock if you wish to bring your own boat. We have kayaks, paddle boats and canoes available for guests use. Pontoon and fishing boats can be rented at a nearby marina. Fishing is excellent and we can arrange for your own fishing guide.
- Carriage Rides: Treat your spouse to a 30-minute horse-drawn carriage ride or bring your group and schedule a wagon ride. Our Belgium horses will do the honors!

- Walking: Whitestone Country Inn is situated on 360 acres of rolling pasture with over 12 miles of walking trails. Our trails offer quiet serene forests, spectacular views of Watts Bar Lake and the Great Smoky Mountains. Trail maps are available. See how many different species of birds you can find.65 different species have been identified.
- Tennis:
There are 2 tennis courts nestled in the trees near the Entrance Barn. Any necessary equipment can be accessed through the Schoolhouse.
- Fishing: Fishing boats can be rented at a nearby marina. Fishing is excellent and we can arrange for your own fishing guide.
