Breakfast, served from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. in a sunny room with a view of the ponds and rolling pastures, includes juice, fresh fruit, muffins, and a hot entree such as egg strata or blueberry waffles, always using the best of Vermont ingredients and our own gardens. Coffee & tea are available at 7:30 a.m.
