- Cancellation Policy: Deposits are refundable, less a $25.00 service charge, if cancellation is made 14 days before your stay. Refunds within 14 days are dependent upon the room being rerented.

- Children: Sugar Tree is most appropriate for adults; however we do accommodate responsible children over 12
