- Cancellation Policy: Deposit will be refunded when a 15-day notice is given (less a $30 processing charge). Deposit will be forfeited if arrival is after date specified or departure is before final day of reservation.
- Check-In: 3:00 to 7:00 unless special arrangements have been made
- Check-Out: 11:00 a.m.
- Children: Children over 12 are welcome, as there are no activities at the inn for younger persons.
- Minimum night stay: Two-night minimum stay on weekends and holidays.
- No Pets: In consideration of others, pets are not allowed
- Payment Policy: Credit Cards Accepted
- Reservation Policy: A deposit equal to 50% of the charge of your stay is required to secure a reservation at the Yellow House. Deposit may be made by personal check if recived within five days of making your reservation, or by Mastercard or Visa on the day the reservation is made.
The deposit will be applied to the latter part of your stay. - Smoking Policy: smoking is permitted only on private balconies, patios, and grounds.
