General Information and Policies

 

  • Cancellation Policy: A $50.00 fee is charged for all cancellations made 30 days prior to the date of the reservation -- balance of deposit will be refunded by check or credit to your bank card account. However, when there is a need to cancel within 30 days of the arrival, we will issue a gift certificate valid for one year for the entire amount of the stay, so the guests can rebook for a more convenient time.
  • Check-In: 3:00 - 6:00 p.m.- Please notify the innkeepers if an early or late check-in is required.
  • Check-Out: 12:00 noon
  • Children: Supervised children over 12 happily welcomed
  • Minimum night stay: A minimum stay of two nights applies on weekends; three nights applies on holidays.
  • No Pets: Pets can be conveniently boarded at a nearby facility.
  • Payment Policy: We accept checks, cash, Discover, Visa, American Express, and MasterCard.
  • Reservation Policy: A deposit equal to one night's lodging is required.
  • Smoking Policy: Blair House is a non-smoking property
