- Cancellation Policy: There is a $25 fee for any cancellation. In the event of a cancellation made less than seven days prior to arrival, your deposit will be forfeited or your credit card will be charged for one night's lodging. Guests with confirmed reservations who do not honor their reservation or who do not call to cancel are responsible for the entire commitment. Group reservation policies differ.
