| Held Friday night through Sunday afternoon, the weekends feature two intensive cooking classes and (of course) fabulous meals. Cooking classes are held in the mornings, followed by a lunch featuring the results! The Saturday night’s Chef’s Dinner is an elegant gala event.

The class at The Mercersburg Inn is for beginners only.
We will be working on Bernina sewing machines. By the end of the weekend you will have a tote bag and lounge pants to take home!
Saturday and Sunday we will have lunch and beverage breaks. These are included in the cost of the class.

| | | | Dick Rosano, Wine Editor for the Washington Post and Head of Wine Education at L'Academie De Cuisine will lead us through 3 sessions with tastings of 20+ wines with a goal of teaching us how to pick the right wine for a meal. | | | | The weekend starts on Friday with the first session from 8:30pm to 10pm. Then on Saturday a lesson from 10:30am to 12 noon, another from 2:30pm to 4:00pm.
After dinner in our Byron's Dining Room (optional) a chance to show off what you have learned, dancing in our Great Room from 9pm to 11pm.
