- Cancellation Policy: Accepted with a minimum of 10 days notice. Cancellations within 10 days of the reservation are charged 50% of the stay, unless guest room is re-booked. A $50.00 processing fee will be applied to all returned deposits.

- Smoking Policy: Victoria House is a Non smoking facility, smoking is permitted outside on the west side of the verandah only
- Spirits: 8 PB; 2 Suites with Jacuzzi/shower; 2 Rooms with soaking tub/shower;
4 Rooms with shower.
