Our partners at Country Inns Along the Trail have more than 30 years of experience designing inn-to-inn vacations for hikers, road cyclists, mountain bikers, and cross-country skiers. Each vacation provides just the right blend of challenge, adventure, and relaxation.

Vermont Golfing: If you favor the links, there are five 18-hole golf courses within 20 minutes of the inn. There are also a few 9-hole courses and three driving ranges. Tennis and horseback riding are also close by.

Over the years we have noticed many guests come to the inn with great intentions of being active, but suddenly realize what they really want to do is sit on our front porch and watch the forest grow, or curl up by one of our fireplaces with a good book.

Although there are many kinds of amusements here, there are no theme parks and no crowds. The only way you will not have fun in Vermont is if you don't come to visit.
