Reservation & Cancellation:

If cancellation is received prior to 14 days before your reservation date, a full refund less $25 is returned. If less than 14 days before your reservation date and the room is not re-booked, then the deposit is forfeited. Multi-day reservations are expected to be fulfilled for the duration of the planned stay or are subject to the terms above.
