- Cancellation Policy: We require 3 weeks notice of cancellation before your arrival date. If you cancel after the 3-week deadline it is a forfeit of your deposit. During the Holiday Season, a 6-week cancellation period is in effect. Please confirm details with your Reservationist.
- No Pets: For guest comfort, we do not allow pets at the resort. We can recommend some excellent pet sitting and boarding options nearby.
- Payment Policy: Credit Cards Accepted
- Smoking Policy: The Briars inside is smoke-free. Smoking is permitted on many guest room patios and balconies. The Gazebo, a heated shelter outside the Dining Room and Drinkwaters™, is also available for smoking. And, of course, there is the out-of-doors—and lots of it!
