Our menus are table d'hôte.  Appetizers, entrée and dessert are included in your package. We change our menus daily to give you a variety during your stay. The meals are prepared with seasonal produce and herbs from our own garden. You may also choose from our vegetarian menu or children's menu, available for lunch and dinner.

Dress at breakfast and lunch is casual. At dinner, guests dress in smart casual. For the Saturday dinner-dance, men often wear jackets and women dress accordingly.

In July and August, our Summer Dining Room is also open for breakfast and buffet lunch daily. This more casual dining room is close to the cottages and lodges.

Hours of service:
Guests may arrive in our dining rooms any time between 8 am and 9:15 am for breakfast, 12 and 1:30 pm for lunch and 6-8 pm for dinner. Saturday and Sunday hot breakfast stretches to 10 am and continental breakfast is served daily until 11 am. These hours vary slightly between the seasons to suit our guests' needs. For example, dinner starts at 6pm in July and August, allowing for an evening stroll in the daylight or an evening show at the Red Barn Theatre. Conference groups often arrange for an earlier breakfast.

Please note that the meals included in your guest package are served in our dining rooms. Meals served in Drinkwaters' are an extra charge.

Drinkwaters lounge serves snacks and light meals from 11 am until 9:30 pm daily. Menu items range from $4 to $12. This is a great place for a relaxed meal or libation. Red Barn Theatre-goers often visit before or after the show. You'll find live entertainment for music and dancing on long weekends and most nights in July and August.

We welcome non-registered guests to join us in our dining rooms and in Drinkwaters'. Lunch in our dining room is à la carte; full dinner is $37 Sunday to Friday and $39 for Saturday's candlelight dinner-dance. Reservations are necessary for the dining room.
