Dining Information

Each day begins with the early morning smells of freshly brewed coffee and the baked starters and entrees that Paula makes daily. A full gourmet breakfast begins with either a fresh fruit salad, fruit crisp, homemade pumpkin-walnut or banana-coconut bread, or fresh cranberry scones.

Juice selections include orange, pomegranate, or cranberry and Bill would be happy to mix orange and pomegranate, a "Mount Surprise Sunrise" or orange and cranberry, a "Mount Surprise Sunset".

Savory entrees follow which may include  a baked sun-dried tomato omelette with mozzarella and parmesan cheeses or a mushroom-sausage strata with cheddar cheese. Sweet entrees may be either  a baked French toast with pecans and wild Maine blueberries or "lighter than air" yeasted Belgian waffles, to name a few. All of our foods are prepared fresh with local New Hampshire products.
