You have total flexibility in planning your day. Whether it's an early morning hike and light breakfast before an intensive work session or dinner for you and your friends after a day of shopping and pampering during girlfriend's weekend. Reserve our fireplaced Mt. Surprise Room with two additional gathering rooms available for breakouts. Mt. Surprise Room (pictured above): Dimensions: 19' x 22' - Click to see room layout Seating Capacity: 14 people or 24 maximum (theatre style) Located on the lower level of the Inn with fieldstone woodburning fireplace, casual couches and arm chairs, refrigerator, bar area, and TV/VCR/CD player. Dining Room (pictured below right): Dimensions: 24' x 14' - Click to see room layout Seating Capacity: 24 people - classroom, theatre, U or L styles Formal L-Shaped Living Room (pictured below left): Dimensions: Section A - 12' x 16'; Section B - 22' x 12' - Click to see room layout Seating Capacity: Section A - 8 people; Section B - 6 people Located on the main floor with a woodburning fireplace, couches and armchairs. A full country breakfast is included daily: fresh baked quick breads, scones or muffins, and a special entree that changes daily. Menus can be arranged for Lunch or Supper meals at the Inn; or, we will happily make reservations for your group at one of our wonderful local restaurants. Rates are daily rates for the entire inn and are not based on number of attendees. New Hampshire room and meals tax is not included. Rates include a full breakfast each morning with a special entree. Breaks and lunch are calculated according to menu choice. The cost is generally $30 per person per day (including tax and gratuity). Dinner menus will be personalized to your preferences and budget. 10% service charge. Rental of AV equipment will be extra. Rental of necessary equipment will be extra. All rates are subject to change without notice. NOTE: The Buttonwood Inn is completely nonsmoking.
