- Cancellation Policy: Refund of deposit will be made for full or partial cancellation occurring at least 14 days prior to the beginning of your reservation or with shorter notice if your room is rebooked. A $25.00 cancellation/refund fee will be retained. Early cancellation falls under our cancellation policy.
- Check-In: 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm
- Check-Out: 11:00 am
- Children: age 10 and over are welcome
- Minimum night stay: Two night minimum during the season and for special weekends/events.
Three night minimum exists during July and August for any
reservation which includes a Saturday night stay.
- No Pets: PETS cannot be accommodated
- Payment Policy: Credit Cards Accepted
- Reservation Policy: Deposits are required as follows:
- 3 nights or less - full payment including tax
- 4 or more nights - 1/2 the total amount due
The balance is due 14 days before reservation begins. - Smoking Policy: The Captain Freeman Inn is a non-smoking Country Inn. All smoking is prohibited on the property.
