Attractions:
- Covenantor Church: Built in 1790 by the New England Planters this church is a definate tourist stop. It features a fascinating interior design, and old burying ground behind.
- Acadia University: Founded in 1838, Acadia is one of the leading small universities in Canada. Acadia also features a very respectable art gallery.
- Randall House Museum: Built in 1780, Randall House represents life in early Wolfville.
A variety of displays are held between June and September.
- Grand Pre National Historic Site: This national park is located in the town of Grand Pre and is open May 15th to Oct. 15th. This National Historic Site was the setting of Longfellow's epic poem, Evangeline.
- World's Highest Tides: The Bay of Fundy is home to the world's highest tides, with tidal ranges up to 45 feet !
- Domaine de Grand Pre: Absolutely beautiful vinyard with restaurant serving light European fare.
- CentreStage Theatre
- Cinema: Two Movie theatre with a combined total of 10 screens nearby.
- Music Festivals/Concerts: Seasonal. Windsor (20 min. away) hold a bluegrass festival every year.

- Beach: Several wonderful beaches within a short drive.
- Biking: Bike rentals available in town. Lots of great roads for exploring.
- Fishing: Great bass and trout fishing nearby.
- Hiking: Dykeland hikes are very popular with guests. Easy trails with nice views.
- Nature Preserves / Trails: Excellent and dramatic hiking trails in Blomidon Provincial Park and Cape Split. Trails suiting all levels.
- Fine Dining: Many fine dining establishments a short walk away, International to local, French to Indian. Several award winners as well.
- Golf: Kenwo - 18 hole

- Skiing - Cross Country: Nice trails only a few minutes away.
- Shopping: Many boutiques in town with two large malls a short drive away.
- Antique Shopping: Too many to mention. The valley is full of quaint antique shops.
- Lake / River / Ocean: The Bay of Fundy is just a short drive, as well as two very clean lakes. The Gaspereau River is a fun place to go river tubing!
- Sight-seeing: You can't drive far without experiencing the natural beauty of our province.
- Skiing - Downhill: Ski Martock, which offers both day and night skiing, is only a twenty minute drive from our door.
- Berry Picking: Beginning with Fresh Strawberries in late July ending with Apples in late September, there are several U-picks to enjoy.
- Bowling: 10 pin bowling, just a short drive away.
- Casino: Casino Nova Scotia in Downtown Halifax, only an hour away.
- Churches: There are several in the area with contact numbers available from the Front Desk.
- Eagle Spotting: Every winter you can visit Sheffield Mills to see these magnificent creatures.
- Farmer's Market: Every Saturday just off Main St, at the corner of Front St and Elm Ave.
- Gardens: K.C. Irving Environemntal Sciences Centre and Harriet Irving Botanical Gardens make for a lovely afternoon!
- Health Spa / Massage: There are 2 Spa's nearby to fulfill your relaxation needs.
- Historic Sites: Grand Pre National Historic Park and Interpretive Centre, the site of The Acadian Expulsion.
- Movie Theater: Empire Cinemas in New Minas is only a 10 minute drive away. Also, Wolfville's Al Whittle Theater presents unique cinema, often featuring film festival winners.
- Winery/Vineyard: Grand Pre Winery, Gaspereau Vineyards, Blomidon Estate Winery and St. Famille wines are just a short drive away.
