The Dockside is uniquely situated on a private peninsula in York Harbor. This picturesque location gives us the ability to offer a unique experience to our guests. We offer many of the activities associated with the Maine coast. On site; Innkeeper, Eric Lusty, pilots a river cruise exclusively for guests several times a week. We have boats for rent so the experienced boater can explore our harbor and river on an individual basis. We have a kayak launch site with storage and freshwater wash down. You can fish from our pier or either of the two near by town piers. Deep sea and sport fishing are available near by. Perhaps the most popular activity at Dockside is relaxing and watching the harbor activity. This can be done from your deck or our gazebo. Bicycles are on hand to cruise along the beach, to the famous Nubble Light House or for an ice cream cone. York has four beaches in town, we offer beach towels, beach chairs and a fresh water foot wash to make beach going a bit easier. Shuffleboard, croquet and badminton are available on site also.
