Ingredients

1/4 cup wheat germ
1 cup graham flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp molasses
1 cup sour cream
2 eggs separated

Directions
|
|
Mix dry ingredients. Add molasses and sour cream. Beat and add water to batter consistency. Add 2 egg yolks and beat well. Beat whites not too stiff and fold into batter. DO NOT STIR. Cook on medium hot griddle. Makes 8 3 inch pancakes.
