Grilled red and yellow peppers, red onion, and Michigan mushrooms served with Feta-black pepper cream cheese spread on toasted Italian croustini.
Whitefish Cakes
Whitefish, peppers, scallions, and seasoned bread crumbs pan-fried and presented with marinated cucumber and caper relish and remoulade sauce.
Northern Whitefish Sampler
Whitefish sausage, smoked whitefish and our whitefish mousse, served with chopped egg, red onion, capers and assorted flat breads.
Escargot
Tender snails simmered in white wine and garlic-herb butter. Finished with feta cheese and served with garlic toast.
Sea Scallops
Tender sea scallops grilled and presented over sweet corn ragout.
