- Cancellation Policy: Shellmont is proud to proclaim that in 25 years of public hospitality service, we have never overbooked a room. Once a reservation is confirmed and secured by the required deposit, our guest has the comfort and assurance in knowing that their accommodations are guaranteed to be prepared and awaiting their arrival. This is our pledge and commitment to our guests. We respectfully request that you honor your reservation commitment to us.
- Check-In: begins at 3:00 p.m. and terminates at 10:00 p.m. Later than 10:00 p.m. arrivals require special prior arrangements with the Innkeeper. Shellmont will hold baggage for earlier than 3 p.m. arrivals with prior arrangement, and will be happy to assist in nearby restaurant recommendations for lunch.
- Check-Out: 11:00 a.m.
- Children: Children 12 and under allowed in Carriage House only.
- Minimum night stay: A two-night minimum stay is required on all weekends and for all suites weekdays and weekends
- No Pets: Sorry, we cannot accommodate pets.
- Payment Policy: Credit Cards Accepted
- Reservation Policy: We accept personal checks, VISA, MasterCard or American Express to guarantee a reservation. First and last night's deposit due on advance reservations. A $25 Administrative Processing Fee will be charged for any cancellation of a standing reservation.
- Smoking Policy: Smoking on Verandas only. The interior of Shellmont is smoke-free. No candles allowed in guestrooms.
