- Cancellation Policy: Advance deposits for reservations cancelled with 15 days notice prior to the arrival date are refundable, less a $25 processing fee per room. Advance deposits for reservations cancelled or changed less than 15 days prior to arrival date will be forfeited, unless the entire reservation can be resold, less a 10% rebooking fee of the entire booking.
- Check-In: 3 p.m. We request that guests endeavor to arrive at the Inn prior to 9:00 p.m., when the front desk closes. Please notify us if a late arrival is unavoidable so arrangements can be made to check you in after 9:00 p.m.
- Check-Out: 11 a.m.
- Children: Children over age five are welcome in our two-room suite or apartment during high season, and throughout the inn during the rest of the year.
- Minimum night stay: A 3-night minimum stay is generally required for weekends and holidays, two nights mid-week, in-season and a 2-night minimum on weekends off-season, check for availability.
- No Pets: We welcome small pets in our Swan House.
- Payment Policy: Credit Cards Accepted
- Reservation Policy: Prepayment in full is required for reservations of three nights or less (including tax) or 50% if more than three nights (excluding tax), on a major credit card at the time of booking. The advance deposit guarantees the entire period reserved. Written confirmation will be sent upon booking a reservation. Any balance is due upon departure.
- Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted within the inn for reasons of health and safety for all of our guests. However, we do provide certain areas on the premises where smoking is permitted.
