- Cancellation Policy: Should you cancel your stay 14 days or more prior to your arrival, we will be happy to hold your deposit for a future stay, or arrange for a refund net of a $40 processing fee. Thirty day notice is required for stays in September, October and other peak times such as New Year’s week and President’s week in February. If cancellation occurs inside of the required 14 or 30 day period prior to your arrival, no deposit will be refunded or held for a future stay unless the entire reserved stay is rebooked by another party. Late arrivals and/or early departures will be responsible for the entire reserved stay unless we are able to rebook the room.
- Check-In: anytime after 2:00 pm
- Check-Out: before 11:00 am.
- Children: Appropriate for children 12 and over.
- Minimum night stay: Two night reservations are requested for most weekends and peak foliage season, three nights on certain holiday weekends.
- No Pets: Dogs on property. Sorry, no guest pets.
- Payment Policy: We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Optima, and Discover cards.
- Reservation Policy: All reservations must be secured by a deposit equal to the room rate for one night, or 50% of the reserved stay for bookings of more than two nights.
- Smoking Policy: No-smoking policy except outside.
- Travel Agent Information: We pay commissions to travel agents - 10% of our B&B rate.
