Begin by moistening the rim of a glass with a lemon wedge. Dip moistened rim
in salt to frost. Squeeze remaining juice from wedge into glass, leaving wedge
rind in glass.
Fill shaker with ice. Mix and shake all ingredients above.
Fill frosted glass 2/3 full of ice. Pour UNSTRAINED contents of shaker into
glass.
You will immediately notice that all the stuff in the shaker can't possibly
fit in the glass. This is by design. The first glass will be gone so fast you'll
want the second round made in advance.
