Fresh spinach pasta sheets
Fresh tomato pasta sheets
Fresh egg pasta sheets
White bean purée
Ricotta cheese
Roasted red pepper, julienned
Roasted yellow pepper, julienned
Zucchini, sliced thin, grilled
Yellow squash, sliced thin, grilled
Sautéed wild mushrooms
Fresh spinach, steamed
Artichoke hearts, sliced thinly
Sun-dried tomatoes, julienned
Roasted garlic puree
Salt and pepper
Marinara sauce
Freshly grated parmesan cheese

Directions

Cut pasta sheets to preferred portion size. Cook in boiling, salted water. Plunge in cold water to stop cooking. Construct each individually on a greased pan. Add a little water. Cover with foil and cook til hot all the way through. Serve with marinara sauce and parmesan cheese.
