Location: The Windham Hill Inn offers a 1,000-square-foot private, dedicated conference center for small corporate meetings and executive retreats of up to 26 people. Perched on a hillside overlooking the Green Mountains in Southern Vermont, the Inn is located on 160 rural acres just 4.5 hours from New York, 2.5 from Boston and 2 from Hartford. This restorative haven offers a peaceful, contemplative atmosphere with 21 luxurious guest rooms, award-winning dining, breathtaking panoramic views, extensive gardens bordered by stone walls, and a secluded setting.

Facilities: Featuring birch and cherry floors, a large fieldstone fireplace, oriental rugs, classic mahogany tables, tapestry-upholstered swivel chairs, native cherry paneling and casing, and distinctive lighting, the conference space can comfortably accommodate groups of up to 26 in a variety of seating configurations.

  • Guest Rooms: Twenty-one luxurious guest rooms and suites in two historic buildings feature mountain views, turn-down service, fireplaces or Vermont Castings gas stoves, private decks and Jacuzzis or soaking tubs à deux. Relaxing in-room massages are also available.

    Rooms are furnished with antiques and/or locally crafted fine furniture. All rooms have telephones, central air conditioning, comfortable seating and are well-lighted for reading. Common rooms, as well as some guest rooms, are suitable for use as breakout meeting rooms.

    Dining: The Inn’s Culinary Institute of America-trained chef offers an exceptional dining experience that "would rival those of many top urban restaurants" (Boston Globe) and an award-winning wine list (Wine Spectator, "Award of Excellence").“The delicious meals feature exceptionally creative cooking with a strong emphasis on local and seasonal ingredients” Frommer’s. We offer significant flexibility in accommodating specialized food service requirements for conferences. Our Chef Kathy King communicates directly with conference planners to provide any combination of breakfast, luncheon, dinner, morning and afternoon breaks for your event.

    Activities: The Inn is convenient to many nearby activities and attractions, such as shopping, dining, culture and arts in Manchester, golf, horseback riding, canoeing, scenic day trips, and more. However, Fodor's has remarked that "There's rarely a reason to leave the 160-acre property…an exquisite country retreat."

  • Rates/Details: We make available conference package rates, which vary depending on specific group requirements. Package rates typically include overnight accommodations, all meals and breaks. Upon confirmation, we will send you an agreement outlining the details of your group's event at the Inn. At that time, we will ask for a deposit to secure the dates.
