The garden patio looks out across the lawn and into the olive orchard with glimpses for the vineyard beyond.. | | | | | With the 4-poster King bed and a sliding glass door out onto a large garden patio this is a very popular room. | | | | | Though it's hard to tell from this picture, this is a very sunny room with a wonderful outlook through the olive orchard and vineyards. Though the bed looks like it takes up the whole room there is a little sitting area and wonderful Swedish fireplace. | | | | | The centerpiece of this room is a great four poster canopied bed that was handmade by a friend. If blue and white is your thing, this is your room. | | | | | This is a great room for when you need two beds. It has a beautiful rustic Queen bed with a brass Twin bed off to the side. It also has a cozy window seat for reading and enjoying the view. | | | | | This is our best view room. On the 3rd floor of the Main Building the sliding glass doors on one wall and twin large windows on the other take full advantage of the two best views on the property. It has a small balcony and wonderful Swedish fireplace as well. | | | | | What can I say? It's a great room but it has no specific distinction or story to tell. It has an extra bed for a 3rd person or for someone escaping a bed hog. It has a nice fireplace and view. It's a fine comfortable room. It has a back woods cabin feel to it with the 100 year old barn wood on two of the walls and a deep textured plaster on the other walls. If you only like bright airy rooms book 9 or 10 right across the hall. | | | | | Our friend Eric Smith (no relation) recently made a beautiful 'half-canopy' for over the bed and rebuilt the reading nook, adding a lot of charm to an already charming room with a covered balcony and great view. | | | | | Bring the garden inside or at least into the enclosed balcony. The fireplace and canopied Queen bed give a very cozy feel to this large room. | | | | | Even our smallest room has wonderful features. This room has a beautiful high Queen sized four-poster bed and a 12-foot Mansard ceiling. | | | | | This is our smallest room but it is very cute. This was my sister Kate's first room to remodel and she had a lot of fun with it. The bathroom includes a walk-in 2-headed shower, heated tile floor, large double vanity and 2-person jetted-tub with a great valley view. | | | | | This room's focal point is the giant mahogany Queen bed. The sitting area around the fireplace and the wonderful balcony with vineyard view help to make this a very popular room. | | | | | This wonderful "standard" sized room sits on the top floor corner of the Brandy Barn. The casual comfort of the antique Queen bed, old Morris chair and large covered balcony is undeniable. The jetted tub adds a little playfulness. | | | | | This room offers comfort and seclusion with enough space to spread out. The very private garden patio with an even more private hot tub has been the formula for many a special evening. | | | | | A favorite with the honeymooners... This large room takes up the top floor of one of our buildings and features a beautiful 4 poster King sized bed, sitting area with wet bar and fireplace, 2-person jetted-tub in the bathroom with large picture window looking out over the valley. It also has a nice balcony with the same valley view. | | | | | Rosters stand proud in this room. Sister Kate recently redecorated this room with a lot of her original paintings. She even talked me into pulling out the carpet and putting in a hardwood floor. The outdoor hot tub and large patio add to the open, airy décor. | | | | | Don't believe any of the rumors of a single innkeeper and a third date. I married her and we're living happily ever after.
